I do have reason to fault the guys I spoke to on site yesterday.
They have left masses of excess insulation material stacked up outside to tempt thieves or arsonists.
They have left all the ladders in place which means there is nothing at all to prevent anyone from climbing to a dangerous height.
Health and Safety people would have a fit.
