Aubretia and Grape hyacinths

These are in the raised bed in the front garden.

We had a good wander in Hamilton wood, just outside the village this morning. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and I was using my phone app to identify them. Great fun.
We checked out the badger setts. It’s becoming a bit of a minefield in that area of the wood because there are several old setts among the new ones. It must be like old mine workings underneath the ground. I spotted a tree creeper and a long-tailed tit, but didn’t manage to get a decent shot of either.

Ordered a couple of small poly tunnels for my veggies.
Suzy and the girls popped in for half an hour when they were passing.
And that’s about it. The sun has shone all day, with only a slight breeze. A fine day.
