Jay

The Jays are incredibly observant and shy.  This is the first time I have managed to get a picture of one - because it was more intent on choosing the next bud on the pear tree to eat. It doesn't matter because we never get pears worth eating anyway!  The Red Kite in the extra was hunting for twigs to reinforce its nest after yesterday's gales did some damage.
