Hospitals. Lumix M4/3 20mm

Boston is not short on hospitals or medical schools, making it an excellent place to live when one notices the onset of old age and the maladies that accompany it.  Ma-In-Law's balcony offers quite a vista.
On the extreme left is Brigham and Women's Hospital - The Brigham -, the brand-new Shapiro Heart and Vascular building to its right, then Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.  And way up on Mission Hill in the background, occupying buildings from another, more gracious age, is the New England Baptist Hospital, renowned for orthopedics.
The photograph doesn't show Massachusetts General Hospital, the 1000-pound gorilla of Boston hospitals, and its neighbor, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.  MGH, or The General, is a small city unto itself.  Maybe I'll have to go on a Blipedition for that...
