Owl at Still

Cool morning; frost on roofs first thing. Walked through Queen St Gardens to fetch a newspaper. Leaves coming out; looking forward to identifying some of the trees by more than their bark.  

In the early afternoon the windows to the North were open; realised we could hear the crowd at Easter Road for the Hearts v Hibs match; they sang Sunshine on Leith 

There was a blipmeet organised by @Trev at Still on Cockburn St. The owl was part of the table made for the exhibition . @Red came along; @meles was reported as on the way when we left to carry on walking.

Went through to the Meadows, then Bruntsfield Links. Back by the Union Canal bridge; Moda, our previous residence, is building the last block on their site and has a big postcrane up. Return from Haymarket by tram.
