Herbs…maybe

A friend has sent me grow your own herb kits three times as birthday gifts.
The first time, the herbs didn’t grow even though I followed the instructions.
The next year, I gave the kit to a friend who has a green fingered husband but even he couldn’t get them to grow.
This year’s gift was heading for the charity shop but I decided to stick the seeds in a pot outside. Maybe they need fresh air.
If I have success, I’ll blip them.
I just hope my friend doesn’t ask how they are doing.
At least I can tell her that I’ve planted them should she ever ask.
