Turnstone

We are still suffering the after effects of our colds so we went over to the West Cumbria coast today and visited Silloth. We were fortunate to spot a porpoise although it was impossible to get a photo that didn't just show a fin. 

I find turnstones are relatively easy birds to photograph because they don't seem to be easily scared off.
