TT...seed head

We have had the most perfect autumn day today. A crisp dawn followed by a delightfully sunny day. 
We have the littlest munchkins staying here for two nights as dad has driven to Perth on business and mum is scanning early patients for the next couple of days. They are good kids. All dinner eaten and table cleared. Impressive ;-))
I've just seen here was a theme to the challenge - oh dear, never mind - too late now!
