I baked these yesterday. It was a dismal afternoon and having the oven on was very comforting (so long as I didn’t look at the smart meter!).

Today was the cycling club AGM which I chaired - herding cats doesn’t begin to describe it! And when somebody suggested targets for recruiting new members I felt like I was back at work! Still we had stacks of cake and the sun came out later for a nice walk and the AGM was quorate so a good day on all..
