An Old Boiler

We had a bit of a trek out today…Mrs madwill wanted something from a garden centre…but sadly no one had any of the item in stock…we also tried a few DIY and hardware stores to no avail.

We did, however, manage to spend a small fortune in a supermarket (on stuff we hadn’t intended to get)…not too difficult these days…and then we went to Beningbrough Hall for a wander in the sunshine.

The main photo is the old water boiler in the laundry room..quite a formidable looking bit of kit. The flowers and blossom were spectacular..see the magnolia tree in first extra…and the little pond was absolutely heaving with tiny tadpoles…see second extra. I don’t think I have ever seen so many before.
