Hail, Rain, Cold

Physical therapy today - possibly my last one! 
And a visit to my chiropractor who is surrounded by a lovely garden. I found this sweet fern unfurling in one of the containers in the garden.
Then some work etc etc etc. I'd just finished a meeting and was on the phone with a co-worker when the skies opened....and it hailed like crazy! See extra.

I'm off to a Pilates class - the first in many months. I suspect I'll be tired ;-)
Then, just to top off the day - a board meeting for the botanical garden.
