Not for the faint of heart

Today we were called upon to deliver something to the coast, a request we gladly met. On the mountain pass we encountered snow, coming down hard, but the road was clear so no problems there. After some hours at the destination we headed home and decided to spend a while at the beach, right by the jetty to the Tillamook Bay. It was sunny and pleasant; then this whole Eagle drama unfolded before our eyes. One came and trapped a lone Cormorant sitting on the beach, then called for his (or her) mate to come In the main blip the Cormorant is pleading for her life. Eventually the Eagles took turns in the newly captured meal. In the extras: a crow was the first hopeful guest to the feast, last extra reminded me of them taking a selfie.
