The school run

Today we took V to school in the sunshine and picked her up in the sunshine, although in between it did cloud over and remained quite chilly at all times.  This evening we have Stella-Rose spending the night with us as well as Violet.
In other news: my eye is getting better daily, although it doesn't look great!  I now have an extremely sore throat as well, which is hardly a typical allergic reaction, so no doubt I've picked up one of the many viruses that are doing the rounds.
