Carrots

Today Rina picked up from the community fridge. There was a whole crate of carrots . She messaged me to say they had to be cooked today could I pick them up . Of course I said yes. So we picked them up and hers they are being sorted in my sink at home, washed and the manly ones are in my compost bins. These will get made in to portions and frozen ready for making soup. One lot is done and in the freezer. Another kit will get done and souped up this weekend .
Gym first thing but my get up and go left me.
Thank you to those that sent good wishes after my tumble yesterday. A bit achey when I went to bed last night but fine morning .
