Weilburger Tal

I met my friend Isa for a walk today, for the first time this year (earlier plans were thwarted by bad weather and my mother’s illness). We met in Dotzheim, a suburb of Wiesbaden, and walked for a good two hours. First up the valley of the little stream Weilburger Bach, then back through beautiful beech forest and down another valley. 

Although close to a big city, we only encountered a handful of people and enjoyed the lovely afternoon very much.
