We started today with a fab breakfast and then took the train to Helensbay.

Cold and windy on arrival but the day perked up enormously.  Sunshine and 17 degrees.  We explored Crawfordburn country park and walked the coastal path.

Saw people sunbathing and swimming but I think the weather doesn't often get better than this in Northern Ireland!

Lovely to spend time with Henry, Rachel and Florence.
