A Favourite Place

The day started a bit fraught but got better and better. Took K to a favourite beach, had a swim, a picnic and took photos of the beautiful sand art before heading back via Calgary accompanied by a pod of dolphins swimming in the sea below the road. Early evening K and I went to a poetry event at An Tobar. I know very little about this creative medium so wasn’t sure what to expect. It turned out to be really interesting, glad we went. Then home to a delicious curry courtesy of M. Very tired and hoping for a better nights sleep.
