On a train yesterday en-route to London Kings Cross, a camera crew appeared and asked the four 20-something lads opposite if they could film them.

They were filming a programme for Sky1 called "East Coast Trains - keeping it rail" and were looking for interesting people.

I, was obviously not very interesting, but the four lads who got on at Edinburgh with their onboard picnic of sushi, lagers, more lager and two bottles of wine were just the thing they were looking for.

It all took minutes and the signing of the model release forms took longer. It broke up the journey a bit.

From Kings Cross to Heathrow and finally arrived in Vienna to see Robt at 11pm GMT.
