One less monarch caterpillar reaching maturity and becoming a beautiful butterfly.

This South African mantis was making short work of its lunch today! All part of nature’s food chain, but not a sight I really want to see.

After so much rain it is wonderful seeing blue sky and sunshine - a very warm autumn day. 



Many thanks for the comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s declining daisy. The flower in full glory has featured at various times in my blip journal - the last was on March 25th for my 3000th blip milestone.
