From Cramond Island

Spent a happy morning cycling to Cramond with friends.  We locked the bikes up once we were there and walked across to the island, for a birthday celebration.  The sun was out and it was really very pleasant for cake, chatting and exploring.  By the time we came off again the east wind had really got up, and it was quite hard work getting back to the cycle path.
Later in the afternoon A and I walked to Easter and Wester Craiglockhart Hill for our last training walk before next weekend in the Lake district.
