450th parkrun

Mrs S is well on her way to her 500 parkrun t-shirt. Today she hit another (unofficial) milestone. I'm very proud of her - what a star.

With Mrs S is regular Greenwich parkrunner Gina Little who will run her 39th London Marathon tomorrow and who holds the UK record for the female who has completed the most marathons.  When she runs tomorrow it will be her 608th marathon!
