glowing

For being gone just a couple days, I am exhausted... I came home last night to bouquets of daffodils. They have really exploded around here.
Today has just been a puttering day which included a nap.
I have included an extra from a couple days ago. I couldn't post it until I got home to my computer. I'm not sure what kind of crane this is but they were fairly common. I thought they were fabulous. I took this when we were out on Cathi's boat. I'm thinking as I look through my bird book that it is a Great Blue Heron. We have them up here but I never get a good look at them.
