Chilean Flame tree

The bud looking like a colourful spider which opens into a vibrant display of orange/red flowers which is attracting the tuis to our garden at the moment. 
This tree is a bit of a pest as it produces suckers. I'm reluctant to cut it down because of its attractiveness but I will have to deal to the suckers.  There is a large patch of them.
