Stag

We are running the Great Midlands Fun Run next weekend which is 8.5 miles so we needed to get some milage in. This morning had a fantastic run in richmond park with StorksRock. We did 10 miles (although we did stop to take the odd blip or two on the way). So we are pretty happy we can do the distance next week. While out we spotted a green woodpecker but the lens on my point and shoot couldn't get close enough for a decent shot.
