Food travel

I love cooking bit lost my mojo recently.
To try and get it back I decided to travel the world.
Each week is a new letter.
I choose recipes from countries begining with that letter.
This week we had food from Angola, Australia and today was Empanadas from Argentina
They were not very uniform but they tasted good.
Next week is B. I wonder where my adventure will take me.
