Snug as a bug in a...spiderman onesie

Feeling a little bit delicate after yesterday's excitement there was some dozing on the sofa this morning, whilst watching the London marathon...and that was just Owen.
I was feeling a bit tender but, after a spot of lunch, we managed to drag ourselves out swimming. It may have just been an excuse for Owen to wear his spiderman onesie but it definitely did me some good too.
