Crystal Ball

No...not the fortune telling kind.  B kindly lent me her crystal ball to try out some light painting photos (see extra) for our camera club project group theme of 'People, Movement & Colour.  Before I handed it back I thought I would try photographing a rose through it, which has resulted in this very soft image.

M and I spent the morning chatting with our new neighbour A this morning.  We invited her and two other neighbours in for coffee and cake and we all had a lovely morning getting acquainted.
