Thames morning light

Had a dentist's appointment in Deptford this morning, so had a lovely sunny walk along the river to get there.  Everything fine with my teeth (hooray), but I've had a sore, grindy jaw for the past few days, so my lovely dentist took impressions to make me an anti-clench guard to wear while I sleep.

By a weird twist of fate, Tim also had an appointment there this afternoon.  He drove, as his leg's still a bit dodgy, and managed to park nearby, thankfully.

Joined a webinar as soon as I got back home, and had a good afternoon's work.  Tim got on well with his appointment - had a broken filling replaced.
