Beyond

The third blip in 12 days of the same daffodils and they are definitely past their best but still beautiful in their own way. I think we are probably at the very end, if not beyond, the season for them so these may be the last ones for this year. It's been a bright day and evening so the light was still setting them off to their best. 

Bailey needed a trip to the garden half an hour before the alarm went off this morning which was not his best timing ever so I am hoping it's not a new thing. We'll be off for an early night as a result. My day in between early garden trip and daffodil-blipping was an unusually sunshiny duty day. Nearly 16 000 steps, two lessons taught at the opposite end of the spectrum and commitments in the other three and a bit of time at the end of the day to get some things done. It'll be early-ish finishes for the next two days with a check at the vets for Bailey tomorrow and an intention to go to spin on Thursday. Think I might need it at the end of the latest strike day.
