Pub and a Mill

Today was a perfect day for a longish walk along the shore to Langstone harbour, passing through fields of cows and the Warblington cemetry.

I know some blippers will recognise this 15th Century pub, the Royal Oak, which sits beside the historic Langstone Mill overlooking the harbour waterfront. It's a cosy place with traditional interiors, open fires and stone floors.  I noticed how the coastal path has been smartened up a bit with new picket fencing separating walkers (and notably dogs) from private housing along this stretch of shore. The photo benefits from being viewed large!
