Wound up in Wexford

Big boys' toys!

Another action packed day.  A arrived just before 8am to site the concrete bases for our PV panels.  He brought a digger.  After a while, he departed, and returned with a mini dumper.  See extra for dumper in action and the concrete mixer we also hosted.

Meanwhile, B rang.  We'd been trying to contact him to cut our grass for several days.  He could come today, but only today.  And he was happy to work round the concrete works.

Once all our workers had left, we tackled the utility room.  It had (as such places often are) become the "dumping ground" for anything we couldn't put elsewhere, but was also showing evidence (excretory) that the mouse/mice was enjoying the chaos.  And we disturbed it!  It had set up camp on the windowsill, in a box of tissues!  It jumped down when we started to clear its bedroom!  Not sure where it went - with a bit of luck, it went outside, as the back door was open.  It certainly has nowhere to hide in the utility now.  And we're trying very hard to keep all our food in inaccessible situations.

This evening we made a little progress towards to set up of the workshop, when an electrician was arranged, to do the lighting and power.
