Tea in the Lake District

This outside my window as I hurtled south through glorious sunshine.  It was bright and springlike but absolutely freezing outside.  Woke up to -3 degrees this morning but am travelling towards Madrid where it’s 31 degrees.  Pack for that!  

In London I went to the office where I’d left a bigger bag, dumped boots and jacket before grabbing some supper at Salt Yard, a nice local tapas bar then going for the night to the Premier inn in Canary Wharf.  Watched another episode of the excellent Blue Lights.
