Little Suns

A day of errands and shopping. I also met my mother - and her carers, of course - for lunch at an Asian restaurant she likes. She went out for the first time since her illness today, and obviously enjoyed it. 

Later, P and I walked to a nearby supermarket with a really nice bakery to get fresh Traubenkernbrot (grapeseed bread). That’s one of their specialties, coming from the wine-growing Rheingau, and does contain some grapeseed flour that gives the bread a lovely and slightly nutty taste.

Dandelions are just everywhere right now. I don’t really consider them a weed, they are so cheerful.
