Dawn chorus

An early morning walk around the commons amid one of the most beautiful dawn choruses I have encountered, Blackbird, Wren and Robin started everyone off followed closely by Blue and Great tits, Dunnock, Blackcaps seemed to be everywhere and a Peacock echoed across the river valley. Several Song Thrushes completed for the loudest and melodic tunes, next a pheasant crowed somewhere from a distance. Goldcrests busily flitted through the top of a conifer.
All in all a well spent hour.
Extra: have we missed the Coronation?
