Pair of Eider

I cycled along to the headland where  I photographed hares on the 16th and saw a couple, but not close. I did see a two or three great skua, ravens, curlews, oystercatcher, lapwing and over 700 long-tailed ducks, which are gathering to set off north to breed. Eiders nest here and the females are so camouflaged that you have to watch where you step, but I don't think they'll have eggs just yet.
