This afternoon instead of walking up to the moors we decided to go in the opposite direction and down to the River Aire for a change. We walked along to the nature reserve and then carried on towards Saltaire. It was very peaceful and you could see and smell the wild garlic. The heron was sitting on some stones in the middle of the river too.
