Capacity

The Inn can fill up quite a lot before bursting. All the last rainy days fill it right up but yet I guess it can fit 20% more before overflowing.
(Supposedly the water level here today was just around 3m and Alert High water level 1, starts at 4.75m and the highest alert level 100 is 7m)
