Country taggers have it tough

I was driving along and got a couple of snaps of a Hawk but not good enough to post and saw the Iron on the roof bending frantically in the Canterbury wind but also thought that the Taggers must find it tough in the country.

I hate taggers unless its in an artistic way and somewhere that is not defacing things.

This however was barely visible and my thought was to chuckle as I thought tagging was a city thing and doing it to an old shed that was almost completely collapsed was being very hard-up.
