Hanging On

The leaves are still hanging on.

This morning I went for a walk by the lake, the water was lovely and calm, so the reflections were great.  I walked home via Wanaka Station Park, the Spreader is the extra.  The second extra is of the flowers at church this morning.  The hymn for today is 'The Lord's My Shepherd'.

The family are staying in a DOC hut tonight by the shores of Lake Manapouri.  The weather is still lovely and sunny.  They walk out tomorrow along a river, so is pretty flat.  They will get home late tomorrow night.

Tomorrow Plan A is to head over the Crown Range to Arrowtown, to see the Autumn leaves there.  The only trouble is that it is an hours journey, and some of our oldies aren't up to such a long journey.  The weather is holding in a convenient 'high'.
