Afternoon Tea

My birthday celebrations continued yesterday with afternoon tea with six of my friends who are known as The Schoolyard Mam's.  Most of us met when our children started school and used to stand in the yard chatting - our children started school in 1995 so we have known each other a long time.  Such a special group of friends.

There was so much to eat.  There was even more food at the back of the stand - a fruit scone and more sandwiches.  I ate quite a few of the sandwiches, a scone and a trifle and brought the rest home in a box supplied by the restaurant.  I'm sure Mr YB will help me to finish the food off.
