Rest day today but am enjoying the buzz of political campaigning and the team interaction. More mindful stretching/movement and clonazepam seems to be improving my symptoms, and energy to a lesser extent. The Tories are clearly worried and overnight 6 Tory boards appeared in the village and nearby fields - from the candidate, two closeish friends, and another (who also used a field rather than their prominently placed house).
