Blackheath Oval

In the early morning mist. Best viewed large (as usual!).

This is the ground where Australia's most famous cricketer, Don Bradman, scored 100 runs off 3 overs in 18 minutes, playing for Blackheath against Lithgow in 1931. Admittedly they bowled 8 ball overs in those days, but it was still an astonishing feat and no doubt caused much angst among the Lithgow bowlers.
