Belvedere and Erith Marshes - a long run day

My coach's schedule for today specified a loooooong run - 2.5 hours on top of the 1.5 hours I did yesterday (the final hard runs in the current training block). I struggled round but completed the distance (another HM under my belt), though my hips/glutes feel smashed. Just over a month to the Hackney Half, my next target....
