Bee-utiful!

!st May -  Mayday Bank Holiday.
I took advantage of the sunshine and did some gardening. There were bees and hoverflies were making the most of the sun too, it's lovely to see them again.

I had some parsnips to use up so made a batch of spicy soup with them and several more helpings in the freezer for future occasions.
