Lobster for Lunch !

Haddington Farmer's Market yesterday had a fantastic seafood stall, and we bought Larry here. Larry was very tasty today for lunch. Yum.

In other news i decided last night to do an ironman within the space of a couple of years (realistic goal) once my workload winds back down to normal (in a few months time). The cycling will be fine - can do that with my eyes closed, but the running will be tricky (on old 41yr old knees) and the swimming will probably be the single biggest challenge. Let's see how it goes - i can hear an 80's soundtrack to a Training Montage coming on ! Anyone out there with knowledge to pas on of either swimming or running would be greatly appreciated (not the 80's music - got plenty of that !)
