of my recent frustrations.


Arthur C. Clarke is credited with the idea that "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." Perhaps that's why I keep hoping that some sort of hocus-pocus might guarantee my projector can be relied upon to work without hesitation whenever I want it to. 

Apparently, as with much technology, the secret ritual involves turning it off, perhaps unplugging it, and then starting over again as if there's nothing wrong.

I wish that worked with my car.
