Off the Hump!

I've been working away in the studio for the past few days....and today i made a whole bunch of cups off the hump!!!   Which means that instead of throwing each individual cup with a set amount of clay (usually 3/4 lb) i have a large hump of clay (about 5lbs) and i make the small cups off the top, only centering that piece for each cup!  It's a cool and fast way to get a bunch of small cups or bowls.....i sell them with a large plate as a chip and dip set!

Dreary and rainy....we woke to a very slim covering of snow!!!
