In Your Face

I have no idea what transpired here, but I saw it and got the picture.  Our photo friends met downtown today to take some pictures with the theme of "patterns", an easy assignment.  The extras are of the group and Taylor.  I set it up and a passerby, walking her dog volunteered to take the picture so that I could get in it.  Thank you Taylor and her dog.

Today is Ron Carter's  birthday.  He holds the record for the bass player that has performed on more recordings than any other.  Today, being May 4th, is 5/4 Day, celebrating Dave Brubeck, the leader of the band that made "Take Five" famous.
