Wolffish

Icelandic wolffish baked with dill and garlic butter sauce, pickled mushrooms, quinoa, and salad. Wine: La Chablisienne Vaucoupin Chablis 2016.

This is the first time I've had wolffish. It tastes a bit like lobster, which I heartily approve of.
