Typical Tuscany with a Twist

Speaking Italian and Hiking along one of the “white roads” of the Via Francigena, we were treated to expansive views of the Tuscan countryside. Lines of vines across a hillside topped by a row of Cypress - many shades of green, with a white rectangular, very modern house smack dab in the middle…lots of angles, Picasso-esque.
